What is an Active Email Contact versus a Deactivated Email Contact?
An email contact becomes deactivated when they unsubscribe, hard bounce, made a complaint or are manually marked as deactivated. Deactivated contacts don’t count towards your contact total. You can’t send emails to contacts who have been deactivated.
