Editing a Table

Resize Table

1. Click to select the table. The 8 handles (white boxes) will appear around the table.
2. Place your cursor on a handle. It will change to a two-way arrow.
3. Left-click and drag to size the table.

General Table Edit

1. Click on the table to select it.
2. Click on the Table icon OR Right-Click to open the table dialog window and click Table properties.

Width: Enter in pixels or percentage the width of your table.
Height: Enter in pixels height of your table.
Cellpadding: Set the amount of space around the content inside each cell of the table.
Cellspacing: Set the amount of space in between the table cells.

Empty rows may size unpredictably. Test your email to be certain the appearance is what you want.

Table width, cellpadding and cellspacing must be at least 1 pixel less than the width of your template section.

Border: Type in a number to set the width in pixels of the borders of your table.  Use Advanced Table Edit to change border color.

Alignment: Select an option from the drop-down menu to set how your table will be aligned within the section.

 Always set an alignment. The default is browser and email client specific.

Caption: Selecting this option will create a title field across the top of your table. It will be a single cell which is the entire width of the table.

3.  Click on the Ok button to apply your changes.

Advanced Table Editing

1. Click on the table to select it.
2. Click on the Table icon to open the dialog window and click Table properties.
3. Select the Advanced tab.
Style: The current CSS styles applied to the table. You can edit these styles here.

Border color:
1. Enter HEX or RGB values if you know them OR click to the right text box to open the color picker.
2. Use your cursor on the sidebar on the right side to move up or down to change colors.
3. Use your cursor to click on the left side to select a shade of that color.
4. You will see the selected color swatch on the bottom right of the window.
5. Select Ok to choose the color and close the window.

Background color:
1. Enter HEX or RGB values if you know them OR click to the right text box to open the color picker.
2. Use your cursor on the sidebar on the right side to move up or down to change colors.
3. Use your cursor to click on the left side to select a shade of that color.
4. You will see the selected color swatch on the bottom right of the window.
5. Select Ok to choose the color and close the window.

4.  Click on the Ok button to apply your changes.
