Enter your Username and Password to login. If the account cannot be located you can use the Username or Password recovery.

Forgot Username

 1. Select “Forgotten your username?”

2. Enter your Email Address. 

If you enter the wrong email address a prompt will pop up, indicating that the address you entered can’t be found.

3. An email will be sent to reset your password.

Be sure to check all your email folders (including the “Promotions” tab if you’re using Gmail) for the password recovery email.

4. The email will contain the Email Address, the Company Name and the Username for all associated accounts with the matching Username.

Forgot Password

1. Select “Forgotten your password?” 

2. Enter your Username associated with the account.

3. Enter your Email Address associated with the account.

4. An email will be sent to reset your password.

Again, be sure to check all your email folders (including your “Promotions” tab if you’re using Gmail) for the password recovery email.

The email will be sent to all email addresses associated with the account. The email sent to you will tell you this

5. In the email, to reset your password, click the Reset Password link.

6. The email will also contain all associated Email Addresses, Company Name, and the Username for the account.

7. Enter a new password and you will then be logged in.
